The Dodgers 2014 promotional calendar launched with a Vin Scully 65th Anniversary Commemorative Item. Today, the item officially becomes the Vin Scully 65th Anniversary Microphone.

We only have the initial sketch, but this immediately becomes one of the most unique and meaningful Dodgers promotional items in recent memory. The microphone will include a voice chip for fans to press a button and hear Vin. We have a feeling those words will be, “It’s time for Dodger baseball!” The Hall of Fame broadcaster will have his name inscribed on the base.
